Allied Properties REIT and Westbank Projects Corp. are joined by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) to give rise to a new mixed-use tower right by Toronto’s transportation hub: Union Centre. Standing 52-storeys tall, the tower is set to span approximately 118,700m2 of new commercial space to be built for offices, live entertainment, data centre uses, transportation access and green space amenities.
